U.S. Patent Firearms & U.S.F.A. Percussion Revolvers
« on: September 10, 2008, 01:28:07 PM »
I am still seeking information about the limited production of the USPFA and USFA percussion revolvers that were produced.  I know of the 1860 Army and the 1851 Navy.  Supposedly they did turn out a few Dragoons.  If anyone has or knows of any of these I would appreciate the information.

USPFA started as an importer ..the guns were Uberti...even when they started to produce guns here in the States some parts were Uberti. Not the case I understand now, though the CNC programs are almost identical in fit.

I was lucky (dumb luck really ) I happen on to a USPFA Richards conversion....
It was assembled by Dave Anderson for USPFA and so marked.
The action on this piece is just about the best I've ever seen certainly ever owned
when planets align...do the deal !
