In searching the posts here for info regarding the visible differences between USPFA and USFA guns, I noted that there were some disparaging remarks made regarding True West Magazine and their treatment of USFA.  To whit, that they never mentioned the USFA product and carried no ads for them.  Interestingly, the August 2008 issue, page 18 (directly opposite the Colt ad) has a short article which prominently makes complimentary mentions of the USFA product.  I understand that True West also named the USFA SA as gun of the year, but I've forgotten the year.
