BPGF with 1860s

At the Wisconsin state SASS championship.  Am I nuts, or what?  Shooting BPGF with a brace of open tops with Kirst Konverters?  Of course I'll stick with my 10ga SxS for real speed.  My gamer gun is the little Browning 92 44 Magnum. . .

I've considered it with 1860 C&B's. I see no problem with converted guns.

I am considering doing that with my Remmys and percussion. I finally put Treso nipples in so figure I wont need an extra hand to recap now. Good luck DD.

I'm in it for fun.  Don't need another belt buckle since I wear suspenders anyway.  Those 60s have been talkin' to me.  They sure do point good.  I'll make up for any advantage with the mighty 10. . .

You aren't any more nuts than the rest of us.   I like the idea of shootin' 1860's in BPGF, except I'd do it with them still as percussion revolvers.  But that's just me.

I used mine (not as GF) but main match so many times and sometimes FC

I have several in all flavors Percussion, R&D drop in , and full Type I conversions...
and plan aType II ( well I have been planning on ione along time, and now I want Fox Creek Kid's ) just need to do some more panning (gold)
