Uberti Barrel Interchange?

I'm wondering if you could interchange a barrel from a Uberti 1858 Conversion in 38 Spl. to fit a Uberti 1858 Navy C&B. I have the Uberti C&B with Kirst Conversion, and was thinking this might be a quick way to get away from HBWC or Heeled bullets.

Basically, your problem would be the cylinder chambers.
