They're looking for people who've had license revocations or other
hardships from BP issues.

If they are successful maybe more gun shops would start stocking it again.

This was discussed on another BP website and the consensus was that GOEX should probably not "mention rope in the house of a man hanged" as there is probably far more to lose than gain here.
