Howdy All
Had to make a shoulder holster for a guy yesterday. He is a Civil War reinactor. He wanted it for an original
1847 Allen & Thurber single action .31 cal. Pepper Box. He was carrying in his vest pocket and it was starting
to wear a hole in it.
I think the holster is ugley but the customer is happy.

Nifty idea for a belly gun. I wonder how the original carriers of that model of pistol carried it?

Tucked in a sash, vest or pocket.   Seems to me I have also seen a picture of someone wearing a double holster rig before. They didnt have to worry about being sued for accidental discharges back then.

That's a hunk of iron in that gun. I can see why he wants a holster for it. Looks like it should work good. ;)
