I bought a pint of this stuff the other day, Tandy doesn't sell it, so i wanted to ask you pards will it harm leather, The way I understand it, that it is for top dressing your leather goods? Has anyone used this?
I would be great full if some one could tell me about it.

 Howdy Ace

Pard you want to stay with 100% Neatsfoot Oil, forget the compound

I bought some about 6 years ago by mistake.   My wife has a leather jacket that I treat with the compound once in the fall and once in spring.  The coat was ~10 years old when I started the treatment.   The coat still looks new, lining needs replaced, but looks like it is off the rack.   I keep it away from my made equipment though, on that I use pure neatsfoot.

Howdy Pal
I only use 100% pure.
Compound is only about 10% the rest is like motor oil.
