76 NWMP?

Where would be the best place to get one?  My dealer is having a hard time finding one.  Also what are the stocks?  I've heard beach.

I assume you are referring to the Chaparral product (which is the only company making the NWMP carbine to my knowledge).   I'd suggest getting in contact with Buffalo Arms in Idaho .... Here's a link to their Chaparral page:
