I mainly use it in the shotgun 1fg.,last time it was going for 6.80 a lb. that was two years ago. Burns slightly dirter than Goex ,but not much.I aso ordered two lbs. 2fg.&3fg. used in rifle and pistols,no problems with it ,of course I use big lube boolits, darn near any thing works with them.   Adios   Sgt. I like it for shotgun only. Way too dirty for pistols or rifles. Larger granules makes for a "slower" powder, less recoil. I'm using Pyrodex now because I caught the Walmart sales this spring. Other than that I would be using it now.

I know a pard using Skirmish and I can see his results are not the best ::)....I pay a few bucks more for KIK & I'm very satisfied with it for cowboy shootin'.

best to ya!
