Hello Reloader,
my RCBS trimmer wouldnt accept these cases so I bought the Lyman accutrimmer.  Its cutter is big enough and Lyman does make 50 caliber pilots.  I think i got them from midway.  I dont remember if it is the same pilot for 50 BMG or not but they are available.  Hope this helps and Good Luck.

For what it is worth.  I use an RCBS trim die and there are other firms that make trim dies also.  They are lots easier to use.

i use a Lyman universal trimmer:

The description says it "handles any case from .17 caliber to .458."  It does more than that.  A while back someone told me it would handle .50-70 govt. cases so I bought one.  It uses an adjustable chuck that works very well.  The only thing I had to do was take my dremel and grind about .020" from the side opening in the chuck, then the cases slid right in.  it works just fine for the .50-95s too.  I use a .508" pilot.
