lefty lever rifle?

hi guys. I know there is no such thing as a southpaw lever gun, but since I am a lefty, which 357 Mag guns do not eject shells on the right, but over the shoulder? I need specific models to do some shopping.

All the Winchester designs, 1866, 1873, 1892, 1894, as well as the 1860 Henry eject the empties straight up. For 357 Mag you will probably have to limit your search to the 1873 and the 1892. I'm not sure if the 1894 is made in 357 Mag. 1860 Henry and 1866 are not. None of them eject the empties over the shoulder, they all go pretty much straight up. Depending on how hard you work the lever will affect exactly where they land. Usually they land right on your head, one reason to wear a hat.

               I'm left handed too, and left eye dominant, I've used lever actions for years just for this reason, I don't shoot 357 mags but I use 45 LONG COLT, and have no problem. I have other friends that shoot the 357 mag  left handed and they also have no problem.
         
              Just like Driftwood Johnson said WEAR A HAT just in case, how you lever the gun is going to tell where the caseing will fall. weather its a small bore or large bore for big game, I find I can't beat a lever action, for being left handed.  hope this helped , and good luck with your choice of rifle

I shoot Marlins from the left shoulder.

What ya don't wanna do is roll yer sleeves way up 'n shoot Black Powder with 'em.  They'll drop a fresh shot case right in the crook of yer right elbow 'n it'll stick there.  A touch warm.  It'll get yer attention right away..............

I shoot  a 73, 92 and 94 from the left and have had no problems so far.
