I can't answer your question since I'm not familiar with those pistols, but my gut tells me it's kind of expensive. I can think of other models I'd buy if I had $700 to spend. One thing I can say is, are you sure you want to get such a short barrel? From your number of posts I'm going to guess that you're new to cowboy action shooting (CAS), if that is your intended use of the gun.
The best advice I can give you is to go to a match and try out a few different models to see what caliber/barrel length/brand/etc. you feel is most comfortable and natural. People at the matches will be all over you to try out their guns when you tell them you're new and interested in joining the sport. Most folks are really eager to recruit new shooters and almost all are proud of their firearms.
The typical range of barrel lengths is about 4.75" to 7.5". Calibers range from .32 to .45. If you're going to put out $700 for a pistol, take a test drive first.
Welcome, and whatever you decide to do about the pistol, Enjoy!
