who makes a nice set of fake(can't afford the real thing)ivorys for the new vaq. i can,t seem to find em anywhere.or does anyone have a good used set they would part with.i've bought so many new guns lately my budgets just about gone. thanks....gm

www.eaglegrips.com     they are making me two pair for my nm vaqureros ss in ultra ivory first set was not quit right , sent them back and they are going to make them over. i ordered a second pair i'm hoping they will be done the same time . Eagle grips are a solid co. they go out of there way to make you happy, you can't ask for more than that. Hope this helps , good luck with your dicision.

Take a look at grips made with American Holly if you want a wood grip that looks like Ivory.  This place sells makes them.

thanks all,i got hold of a set of ajax polymers that'll do till i decide if i like this ruger well enough to keep it or if i'm gonna go back to my cimarron....gm
