case hardened ttn coach gun

Does anybody know if TTN every offered Case Hardened from the factory?  I saw one on the range and the owner didn't know.  he bought it used.  INterested to know if it was chemically color cased hardened ala ruger, or actaual heat case hardened.

      They were doing the cch for a while, and Taylors was the only one offering it, but it was short lived , it was too costly to do and maintain a good price tag on the gun.

Nate Kiowa Jones takes TTN's apart and has them case-colored.  Cimarron sells them also.  I think both are having Classic Guns do the case-hardening, and it is real bone meal and charcoal method.
