Apology: RATS online site is not up-to-date

A couple of ya'll have pointed out that the ratsonline.org doesn't have a full Roll of Honor posted. 
The webmaster is indisposed now & he hasn't given me all the passwords so I can work on it. 
But never fear---The MASTER LIST for us RATS is the one that's on CAS City.
I'll try to get it done before I take off to the Annual Training FTX in Wyomin'.

I plan on posting some exploded Blackhawk & Vaquero diagrams in the "Tech" pages.
Also links to SASS, GAF, Ruger, TFS, etc in the "Links" page.
