Since it's a '73 you have to go with the modified '51.

If it can't be nice, eaten, make money, create comfort or provide real pleasure.........kill it or trade it in on new one!

Just for a point of clarification!

The gun that I posted is owned by Billy Abbate.  You may know him as TG Reaper.  Billy used it to compete in the Steel Challenge in the Open Revolver category.  He took 5th overall in that category using the Blackhawk pictured.  All I can say is WOW!  Great shooting!

If you've ever shot a Steel Challenge match, you know how difficult it is.  The affect that cocking the gun has on sight picture (or on the dot) is enourmous compared to a smooth DA pull.  Billy did an amazing job representing SA shooters.

The gun is not, and will never be, a SASS/W3G/NCOWS/WASA/etc. legal gun.  It was built for 1 specific venue.

Hope that helps!

If there's really anyone out there who didn't know in 2 seconds that this gun isn't and never will be SASS/CAS legal, perhaps cowboy shooting isn't the sport for them.

I suggest something safer, like hopscotch.
