Well, guess it did work. The Ruger with the buffalo horn & snake grips is an old model in .45, I did the grips myself. The other is a new model in .357. I think I'm partial to the old style frame though. The '73 is a Cimarron, which I "antiqued" myself. Just got it back from Cody Conagher last week, but I'm still recovering from shoulder surgery, so I gotta wait a couple months before I get to shoot it.  :'(  :'(  :'(

I fancy the snake  grips pard, but I shore do like all of them guns. Mighty nice guns pard.
What did you make the coiled snake grips out of Tim?

It's buffalo horn and a lot of time with a dremel tool and set with acraglas from brownell's
