New Ruger Blackhawk

I just purchased a New Blackhawk in 45 colt/45 ACP.  I took it to the range and it shoots wonderful.  The only problem I can see is that the timing of the cylinder doesnt match the loading gate opening on with either cylinder.  The problem makes for difficulty loading as well as emptying shells.   Is this a problem that Ruger will typically fix or do I need to send it to West Fargo?
