About to hit the trail

Hi pards, . . . I'm heading down the trail towards Colorado, . . going where there is snow on top the mountains, the trains spurt steam and smoke as they roll by, and the track gauge is 36 inches.   Will spend a couple of months around Silverton / Durango, then head down to the Ranch for End Of Trail.  And probably head east for some time at my place in Ohio.   (   Logistically that works, but I sure don't like the thought of being around Cincinnati in July and August.  Hot, Humid, . . yuch ) .    I'd considered a satellite dish for my rig, but it is kind of a nice change to be totally way from the internet and television for a few weeks at a time.   I'll check in once in a while when I have the opportunity for a hook up to a land line.  Good shootin', . . . .
