Do any of you know about these? Are they pretty much the 'slim feel' of the rubber Colt grips? Do they balance the gun, and do you have a firm grip with these?
I am just considering options, and I dnot wish every gun I own to have exact wooden grips. Nothing against wood, just looking for some variety.
And, what do you folks think about 'tru-ivory?' I cant swing 'real' ivory, but thought perhaps 'tru-ivory',,,is it about the best 'imiitation' ivory one can choose?
Thanks for bearing with the unknowing here.

For an ivory substitute try from Boone Traders in Washington (boonetrading.com) they have poly-ivory grips fro $35. and they have real ivory powder in them. They age real nice. I have them on my Engraved Taylors and love them (you also can get real ivory from them for $325 a pair..)
