I like the design of the first one with the rough-out butt pad. It looks like it would stay in place better. The roses make a good design for them, good job. I don't put tooled designs on mine since I usually need them in a hurry. Like now, I have to get one on my rifle before the match this weekend and my time is short to work on it. Could always plan ahead, I suppose, but that's too logical. Keep at it and show us some more of your work.
