Yes.  It's the 1898 Kahki Uniform with the Kahki Sun Helmet.  As soon as I can get my photographer friend to get me into her studio I'll have a better shot of it.

I just need the correct boots to replace the leggings.

Huh?  The leggings are correct, especialy if its a heavy artillery portrayal.   Light (mounted) artillery would have taller leggings, but you're essentaily correct.  Leggings were issued over the M1895 shoe.
