Hello,
I have just bought 2 of these awesome creations. The problems I seem to be having on both of them is sometimes they are hard to eject the spent shell. It seems to lock up and I really have to rack it hard to get them to eject? Any help or ideas to fix would be greatly appreciated.

Is your ejector spring broken?  It is a little spring steel finger on the left side of the reciever.  It has a steel block behind it.  It is held in place (inside the reciever) by a screw that goes in from the outside of the reciever (left side).   The spring is part of the inside rail that the bolt follows.  They will not eject well without one, and it is a common problem, easily fixed.
Also, have you done a complete teardown, cleaning and maintenance?
