No, not that Pilgrim festival, opening day of Fall Turkey Season. I'm allready to give it a go with the BP "F. Williams Fine Damascas Field Gun",and some 777 powered shells.  I made up some new and improved shot cups (double wrap of copy paper taped together on the inside, and the bottom folded like a coin roll).  They print pretty durn good out of the 30inch tubes.  Gonna see if I can git-r-dun like they dun it in the old  days :)

In the True North Strong and Free, Thanksgiving is Sunday, October 8.  You see, our harvest HAS to be done much earlier than in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave!

That's about when the harvest is over here as well.  We had frost in some places last night.  I'm closer to Montreal than NYC, and at 43.125 latitude, just a touch below that of Toronto.

The southern tip of Canada, Point Pealy (Sp?) is as far south as Northern California.  Most Canadians live South of the 49th!  I live in the geographical center of British California, and we are benefitting from global warming.  Still shirtsleeve weather, even at 7:30 am when I walk to work.  I am giving up my plan to "snowbird" in El Paso TX. when I retire.

Dick;  You are welcome to the fish.  I don't like eating fertilizer.
