BK. I use it on any moving part of it can reach in my Roooogers, including the base pin and cylinders.  One of which I have had some problems with over the past year. In this pacticular case it seems to help it also. I also use it on my cap and ball pistols.

BTW I am still using the same sample bottle the Marshall sent me. Well over a hundred times now and still have some left.

Well, Gun Butter ain't for cleanin'.  It's for lubin' and keepin' rust off.  And, it works great.  I've been usin' it on one of my ROAs and the other with Ballistol.  First let me say that these are two very different producs.  I have found this tho.  Gun Butter keeps the gun running very smoothly and cleanup isn't bothered one bit.  I've started using it on my lil Browning 92 44 Magnum rifle.  All I shoot is Holy Black and I can tell you that soot don't stick to gun butter.  I don't use it in the bore cuz I don't need it there.  But in the innards where there can get to be some soot buildup, the Gun Butter does great.  The rifle keeps running very smoothly.

I'll continue to use Gun Butter cuz I like the way it works and I like the extremely convenient applicator.  It don't take hardly any at all when it goes exactly where it is wanted.

Great product Marshall.
