This is a fairly recent addition to what the the State Archives already had online.  Many actual documents pertaining to significant historical events involving Indian depredations, early settlelment, etc. are provided, along with typed transcripts to facilitate reading those that are handwritten. http://www.tsl.state.tx.us/exhibits/indian/toc.html

Thanks Capt.  some interesting reading.  In the accounts I was reading they mentioned a number of Chiefs and sub-chiefs, but I did not see Blue Duck mentined.  What part did he play in this incident?
