Hey there Cowboys and Cowgirls!!

Western Pennsylvania has a brandy NEW CAS venue.  The "Dry Gulch Rangers" now open for business.  Hosted by the Lawrence County Sportsman's in Gorgeous Wampum, PA.  An absolutely superb venue and Dry Gulch shoots the 4th Saturday of the Month.  So Come on out and PLAY!!!

Good for them! Mine is shutting down this year after the July Shoot. 

Dang    Lack of interest or losing the range?

Lack of interest. used to have 50-60 shooters, now were lucky to get 7. We were going to just not bother this year at all but the landowner didn't want us to quit and pitched for enough insurance to cover July, then we 're done. Guys got too old and quit, youngsters don't want to follow rules and get pissy when called on them, range just doesn't get the maintenance it needs, well, cuz most are really too old, and those that aren't, aren't retired and have job's, no time. And there are bigger better groups closer to where most of them live. So, we die.

That's about how it went for our local club. Last October was the last shoot.
