A cool crisp morning @ 53 degrees, coolest so far of the coming season.
High of 67° according to the forecast.  :-\  we'll see.

Reassembled my EDC emergency road bag. I may tweak its contents further.
Currently, multi-tool, prescription, Tylenol, and antiacid.
Small First-aid kit, BBQ lighter. and a simple change of Everyday wear ( for the off chance of... well, eh! a Biden moment as it were :o )
There is also a survival Spetsnaz tool, Fire extinguisher, flashlight, Ryobi 18v Battery compressor & tire plug kit and a Portable battery Jump Box.

Morning y'all.
Coffee and tea are ready.

Forecast was for a dusting overnight. 2" is not a dusting.  ::)

'Tis 28, windy and sn*wing. WC is 16. "Windy. Light rain and snow in the morning  then light rain in the afternoon. Snow accumulation up to 2 inches. Highs around 40. Northwest wind 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 45 mph. Chance of precipitation 90 percent."

Some days I wonder where he gets his ideas.  He decided the lion would lay down with the lamb.  Right now he has his head on my shoes and has his blanket and a bunch of toys blocking the way to the door.

Likely the one that hit the Northern Iowegions so hard.  Upper 40's today with gusts to 50mph.  Not much now, going to below freezing the next few nights, WC is going to be bad up here by the water tower.  Good things I'm holing up and my door is on the east side with two windbreaks to the north.

light mist of moisture as the front came through, no rain in my local.
Earlier forecasts were way off base.

Not all I got by far, but the most important stuff.  Was almost out of paper products but first I bought since early Aug.  Meat and cheese and coffee I was OK on, but don't hurt.  We could get snow sometime and I ain't going out in it.

Quote from: Major 2 on November 19, 2024, 09:25:02 AMCold (Cool) Front headed here overnight it will mix with the last Gasp of TS Sara.
We'll get rain in the AM.

The big Rain mass (ahead of the cold front and Sara remnants) passed well to the South of us.
Its cloudy, but no rain as yet and not much expected.
Quite different than the forecast we saw the last few days.
The front should be thru here by noonish.
Lower 40's forecasted for Thursday & Friday.

Coffee & toast with Concord grape jelly was the morning repass.
Gonna, work on a "Bug Out Bag" emergency EDC, I have one but I'm adding some items.

FYI Dillon Barrett is a bot.  His other post is pretty obviously AI, and in this post, he embedded a spam link hoping somebody would accidentally click on it.

Appreciate the book recommendation though.  I may have to add it to my Christmas list.
