Just got up and had coffee, Riley and I had energy and stayed up late doing tasks.  First project today is take these patterns to the trash.  They are from the nieces wedding in 2019 just before we got sick.  He was 4-5 months old and spent the time down in the sewing room with them.  I'm sure he knows, he made a nest last night and keeps going back and forth to them or his nest with her velor blanket by my desk.

Morning y'all.
Sprecher root beer floats and bacon are ready.

Micah and I are going out to hunt this afternoon. See if Micah can get one.

'Tis  12 and sunny. WC 0. "Partly cloudy in the morning then clearing. Highs in the upper teens. West wind 10 to 15 mph."

I have friend that pokes fun at me when I say "we'll have 40-ish weather or maybe mid 30's.
He lives in Iowa and mid 30's or way less might be his HIGH.  :o

However, we native tropical flatlanders can take high humid temps that otherwise melt and render pooped-out the snowbirds. (Take I said, not really enjoy)
But I do enjoy the cool snaps we do get.
I have been in Yankeedom, in single digits, Homie no like  :o

Working in my Loading Rm/man cave rearanging some items to accommodate a new to me artifact. Early Viet Nam era issue Air Force S&W Combat Masterpiece holster.
Sadly, collecting these things has become almost out or reach.

49 degrees here in the Sunshine State this morning. Supposed to get up to 66 today.

Funny, I had no problem skiing in below zero weather back in the day. Now I'm cold at 50 degrees.

Survived the Holiday, went to the daughters that lived close.  Food was OK, she has really bad Celiacs and my kitchen is like the meth lab of gluten.  Her daughter and husband have to keep all snacks with gluten in the garage and eat them out there then wash hands and brush teeth.

Her and her MIL did a good job with what they could do, but came home and made Riley and me pizza because I got hungry again and he always is.  Canadian bacon or rather pressed ham in small circles called such. Am limited to what I can get with out going to the city.  Tend to stock up but won't buy to much, Costco and the local Big Box will help by just asking, full service is a given.  It's the getting them in, no steps but not at the door parking.  One or two trips are OK, but several gets stuff carried in that can be ruined, depending on the weather that day.  So I shop carefully, I still have stuff on the list that are semi-important.  Well stocked though.
