   I can't seem to find anyone local for Colt's SAA work. I'm willing to ship out... Looking for action work, and rebarrel.

Bob James can be contacted through Legendary Guns in Phoenix (if he's still doing work).  Otherwise, Legendary Guns is a good starting point.
