Hello! I'm in the market for a canvas cartridge belt for 45LC. Preferably historically accurate for late 1800s but it's not a deal breakers. Size 34 jeans.
Was thinking of snagging a repro mills belt for 45-70 but I'm not sure if that would be efficient for 45LC.
Thanks!
El Paso Saddlery makes them. I have two of these and am pleased with the quality: https://epsaddlery.com/product/9-web-belts-pistol-belt/ -rather pricey, as most new stuff is. I got both of mine for much less (used / clearance).

I've been eyeballing those but I can't justify the price right now. Was hoping to find used or a decent reproduction.
May be best just to save up, thanks for the recommendation!

I like this! A little more in my price range too. Thank you
Oh yeah, more better!
Does color matter? Are you wanting it to fit tight around your waist or hang a bit loose? Are you planning to hang a holster or two off of it? I make canvas cartridge belts as correctly as I can, but I don't attempt to make a living off of it. I generally charge $70-$75 plus shipping. I prefer PayPal because if you need to use a credit card you can. I generally try to include 45-55 cartridge loops on each belt depending on the caliber requested.
