:) AW RIGHTY NOW ;)
Been a couple of months since we had any swell, or even not so swell, Shotgun Stuff to discuss.
Currently, I'm shooting a pair of righteous Hammer Doubles. My first real "QUALITY" high end is a Pedersoli 1878 replicant. Extreme well made shotgun. My second real "QUALITY" high ender is a PIETTA 1878 replicant. Another Extremely well made Shotgun. The Pedersoli has 20 inch barrels and the Pietta has 23 inch barrels. Both guns have Chrome Lined Bores.
Whatcha Gotz??
1927 LC Smith Hammer gun with 32" barrels, I have a set of 27" barrels for SASS.
I've had a TNN SxS for many years for CAS shooting. I recently added an RIA RSS12 to the gun cabinet primarily as a hunting arm. Very impressed with it so far with BP rounds on blue rock.
I'm running a CZ Hammer Coach amd a Stoeger right now for CAS and a Winchester 12 in WB.
Having moved away from 4 Gun, to 2 gun NCOWS working cowboy.
I sold my TTN (purchased from Walt aka TTn).It had sat idle in the safe, since 2013 ::)
I'm some sorry I did, though I slightly doubled my original purchased price. :P
If I should ever decide to get another SXS, it would need to be a hammered double...too cool for school.
two TTN's, three Baikals, four '97's (two Chinese, two Winchester).
:)
We had a small shotgun/ pistol match a few months ago, it was fun.
