Was looking thru my video's on my computer and found the one of me shooting my 76 the very 1st time. I recall it was 348 brass loaded with APP. Thought this would make a neat thread topic, so lets see your video's of you shooting your 76. 1st time putting a video on youtube!

Got it to take comments now.

I enjoyed those brief videos. I was thinking about video last week while shooting my backyard steel plates @100 (offhand) & 200 (seated w/sticks). Guess I need to investigate a gizmo to hold my cell(?). Shot both a 1876 & 1866.
Their called "Kids!" my son did my video. This was my 1st YouTube try, must have done something wrong as I can't find it anywhere on YT, and comments are not aloud.
It is fun seeing others shoot their '76. Lets keep this going :)
I really thought there would be more video's.
I made this YT video a few years back. You'll have to fast fwd to the end to get to the '76. Jw https://youtu.be/wgHa3RX8hfQ

Well, I did have videos of shooting the Chapparal back in '15 or '16 at an indoor range but they were on my son's phone and were lost.
Great idea!
Here is the last few shots of some experimentation I did to get my '76 shooting well and thanks to the 45-60 load development these stickied to the top of this section I was able to do it.

Some good videos here!
Here is a video taken of my run through one of the Skirmishes at the Grand Army of the Frontier National Muster in Nebraska at the end of June, 2022, wearing a reproduction cotton duck fatigue uniform of the North West Mounted Police (which was often worn, in lieu of the formal red wool tunic and serge trousers, as a more comfortable and practical summer patrol dress) and shooting my reproduction Smith & Wesson Russian Model revolver (... yes, the NWMP acquired 30 of those in 1874 ...) and my NWMP-pattern Model 1876 Winchester carbine, which is chambered for the correct .45-75 cartridge -
The third knock-down of the first three rifle shots had just the top few inches of the head peeking over the log, and I tried to hold on the visible steel initially, resulting in those rounds all going over. I finally shot it right through the log!

Well done , RattlesnakeJack . ,,,DT
Grant, it is just great to see you posting. That was some very nice work with your carbine.
RattlesnakeJack, nice shooting! I hope someone was following you to pick up that expensive brass for you!

Yes, thankfully they have good brass-pickers and I believe I got all my cases back!
Might as well take this opportunity of posting a "still" somebody took of me adjusting my sights during the long-range rifle event (... in the "military" category I was shooting, you must shoot the same rifle in both the regular "skirmishes" and the long-range competition ...)

Got a couple video's of me shooting BP with the Presidio the other day. We'll just call them bloopers, as the thing was not feeding well and the language was R rated at the very least. So I took my very 1st screen shot from one of the video's to share with you all.

Video stills are a great way to get flame shots! :)
Thought I'd add this one of my son shooting the 45/75 on the day I first shot it.
