Title: Do you Recognize this little round
Post by: Major 2 on March 16, 2021, 12:20:34 PM
I was handed this little cartridge , it appears to be about 25 cal.  or 6.35

It kinda sorta resembles a Schubarth but the is no internal pin visible

or Bennett primed ?

OMG my Good Major

Are you CERTAIN that is a cartridge? It looks just like a "bullet catch" for a cabinet!

Sure is cute, though.  Don't suppose the "bullet" is spring-loaded in that case?

Like minds , Prof.... I thought the same thing this afternoon
It was in a box of old cartridge's the assumption was it was too , I'm skeptical

I get to handle it tomorrow  I'll see if its spring loaded or....just loaded  :-\

It is a bullet all righty  ::)  a "bullet catch"

DUH !    you see it was found in a cigar box of old loose cartridges ,  owner swore it was A BULLET.

There were some cool real bullets among the 22 Longs ....some rimfire 32's  an old balloon case 44
saw some military rounds too

It may have been a prank or maybe someone really though is was some rare round ...muhahahahah  ::)
