Title: 1876 Centennial Cartridge belt

Not exactly leather but....lol.

Made this belt to hold the 45-60 cartridges for my new 1876 Centennial Carbine shown in the photo.  Just refinished the stock.

The belt is made from 1, 2 and 3" white cotton webbing I then dyed to match these type belts in Packing Iron.

40 45-60 loops and 12 38-40 loops.

Went with the Remington Dog buckle in honor of Teddy Roosevelt, who owned several Centennials.

I had made the knife sheath earlier but made the holster for this belt.

That looks great. Very nice set up. How did you dye the belt to end up with that color?
