Trinity veers sharply over to the trash can and begins digging out the white bread and potted meat finger sandwiches.

Just then, Ozark receives a call from Trinity who is trying to get the HOOTERS back into action.  Trinity orders three hundred thousand pounds for his contest to draw in new customers.  Sculpting with Potted Meat Food Product.

Ozark make a call to Sod Buster to see if he has any extra hogs or  cows he's needing to sell and calls his regular supplier to get a stockpile for Trinity's order.

he gathers up enough to make up one boxcar load and sends it to Trinity. sending a note too, telling him the rest will be shipped soon.

he goes back to the production line and tells the foreman to call up the second shift and tell them they will be working for the next few weeks.

with a shortage on Hogs, Ozark calls Trinity's kin out there in Omaha and asks them about thier herd of hogs, he buys the whole bunch and sends them to the slaughter house,

they are some happy hog farmers.

Clem is sad because Cletus sold off one of the sows that he had taken a shine to.

Clem starts picking and singing:

Whenever a chance to meet some old friends on the street
They wonder how does a man get to be this way
I always got a smileing face any time and any place
And everytime they ask me why
I just smile and say

You've got to kiss angel good mornin
And let her know you think about her when your gone
So kiss an angel good mornin
And love her like the devil when you get back home

Now people may guess the secret of happeniness
Some of them never learn
It's a simple thing
The secret I'm speaking of
Is a woman and a man in love
And the anwser is in this song that I always sing

You got to kiss an angel good mornin
And let her know you think about her when your gone
So kiss an angel good mornin
And love her like the devil when you get back home

Kiss an angel good mornin
And let her know you think about her when your gone
So kiss an angel good mornin
And love her like the devil when you get back home.

best save some of that juleps for next saturday's Derby

as Clem scratches out another song

Are you gonna take me home tonight
Ah down beside that red firelight
Are you gonna let it all hang out
Fat bottomed girls
You make the rockin world go round

Hey I was just a skinny lad
Never knew no good from bad
But I knew life before I left my nursery
Left alone with big fat fanny
She was such a naughty nanny
Heap big woman you made a bad boy out of me
Hey hey!

Ive been singing with my band
Across the wire across the land
I seen evry blue eyed floozy on the way
But their beauty and their style
Went kind of smooth after a while
Take me to them dirty ladies every time

Oh wont you take me home tonight?
Oh down beside your red firelight
Oh and you give it all you got
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin world go round
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin world go round

Hey listen here
Now your mortgages and homes
I got stiffness in the bones
Aint no beauty queens in this locality (I tell you)
Oh but I still get my pleasure
Still got my greatest treasure
Heap big woman you gonna make a big man out of me
Now get this

Oh you gonna take me home tonight (please)
Oh down beside your red firelight
Oh you gonna let it all hang out
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin world go round
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin world go round
Get on your bikes and ride

Oooh yeah them fat bottomed girls
Fat bottomed girls
Yeah yeah yeah
Fat bottomed girls
Yes yes

that thar must be the modern Buffalo Gals

Buffalo gals won't you come out tonight
Come out tonight come out tonight
Buffalo gals won't you come out tonight
And we'll dance by the light of the moon
I danced with a gal with a hole in her stocking
And he knees was a-knockin' and her shoes was a'rockin'
I danced with a gal with a hole in her stocking
And we danced by the light of the moon
We done it for Dixie,  nothing else
