Question on Magtech Brass 44-40

I just gotta bag o brass that're Magtech 44W (?) from Midway.  They are labelled 44-40 on the bag, but they don't look like any of the othe 44-40 brass I ever used (but I am new with this calibre).  It aint necked down and it has a crimp on the side.  I put one thru the sizer to see what'd happen.  Course it stuck first cause I forgot to lube it.  It sized down and it will now chamber in the pistol, but it sure looks funny. Is this what Magtech 44-40's are supposed to look like???

The Magtech does have a cantalure around it I find they last but crumple down at the cantalure, I had a lot of trouble loading new brass, once fired it seemed to work ok.

The case head is the culprit.    Like Seth, I had problems and tossed 'em. The rim is too big.
