That motel is sold out for the 18th and 19th.

When Tom Jack made his resservations, they told him they were full.  But when he told them that there was a block of rooms reserved for NCOWS and they made his reservations.  You might try telling them you are with NCOWS.  Becky emailed the hotel contact to find out if we have used all our rooms.  Let you know if she learns anyhting different.
