I need some help with an ID
« on: September 26, 2012, 11:27:30 AM »
I posted this in The Historical Society but thought I'd try it here:

Custer County Nebraska Fair, 1903, gas engine powered machinery display.

We have the engine, the water pump, the lathe, the small grain thresher, but does anyone know what this is?

Sorry, I am looking for a straight answer, guesses don't help, it's been guessed about for years, now I want to know exactly what it is.

Mystery is solved, it's a cream separator not fully put together and the stuff is packing material for the parts stored in the tank.

Interestin'. I didn't know that Vermont Farm made a left-handed model like the one in your photo!  ;D
Lunarian, n.  An inhabitant of the moon, as distinguished from Lunatic, one whom the moon inhabits. (Ambrose Bierce).  Which one are you?
