The UN Treaty for Small Arms has failed. For now there will be no treaty. The UN will not be able to tell US citizens if they can own firearms. 51 Senators presented Obama and Hilary with a signed statement that they would not vote for anything that was against our second amendment. The NRA played a huge part in this set back for the UN. the UN will not give up, but then we wll not either. This is indeed a great day for freedom, once again the American way has won.

If you are not a member on the NRA please join. They are our strongest voice for our second amendment rights. Tj

Good news for now but it will come back up given the opportunity. The US didn't deliver this time and I read somewhere a couple other countries wanted more time.

Give this president a second term and just see what he gets done, remember Klintons second term, this guy will stop and nothing.

That's right. Celebrate and slap yourselves on the back because we won...but gird up for Monday morning because you KNOW the antis will be back by sun up tomorrow with another stupid plan (or plans) to steal out rights and our guns.

They won't ever quit and we can't afford to, either. WE have to win every time. THEY only have to win once in awhile, a bit at a time..

That list is the main reason I dont go to the movies nor do I buy their DVD's. Everytime AARP sends me something or calls my house I write notes explaining why I will never be a member and return it or tell the to go to ......

It's that way with me also. Funny how many around here though watched The Hatfields and McCoys, just ratings to that SOB hurt us.

I watched it and was entertained by it I guess ....I paid nothing to watch it , bought nothing
( DVD or commerchal products because of it ) and won't.

Well, no more Earthgrains bread or Levi's in my house!
And I'll be calling them to let them know why they won't be getting any more of my money.
If enough people would do that these companies might second think what causes they donate to.
If consumers stop supporting a business with bad policies and let them know why (or support the good ones) it can have a big impact. If you don't believe that just ask Chick-Fil-A!
