S&W 32 Hand Ejector

We had a thread sometime back about the .32 HE.  The .32 HE is the only S&W Swing out cylinder pistol that was NCOWS legal.  My question is:  Is the 1st Model the only legal .32 HE or is any model legal?  There are visable differences from the 1st Model and the others.

I have a New Police 32.  Since they made  over 16,000 before 1900 it is NCOWS legal.
There is also the New Pocket Model in 32 of which of which over 40,000 were made before 1900.

Great quest TJ...I have my Dads circa 1938 4th Model HE in 32/20.
He carried it during WW 2 abord the Lenape. The Lenape was 28 foot cabin cruiser leased by the Coast Guard and Dad cruised the southern waters of Biscayne Bay to  Key Largo Sound with two coasties as coast watchers.
The HE was his side arm.

That is way cool.  I love these old family guns.  I have a 1st Gen Colt SA 38WCF my grandfather carried during the depression.
