2011 NCOWS National Match info

I know this is still December, but does anybody have dates for the 2011 National match?

I've gotta plan WAY in advance for vacation time and I am bound and determined to attend this year's National Match.

I'm hoping to drag a whole mess of Texicans with me.

I see in the Shootist it will be held June 2nd - June 5th. Is this correct?

I was under the impression that it WAS voted to be held the second week in June, too.
Made my plans based on that. This may be a problem . . .

Let me do some checking. It could also be that the dates for LAST year's National, June 2nd-5th, were just lifted and inserted into The Shootist before going to press by mistake.

Sure hope it is the second weekend in June.  I know a bunch of Texans that are planning on coming that weekend.  June 2 won't work for most of them.

Fellows the last time I spoke with Duke Henry and Westside it was the Second WEEK of June.  That's when I plan to be there, if there has been a change or update I don't know about it  That would be the week of June 6, 2011.  I do see where you read it that way in the 32nd minutes though. Of course that was the dates for last year's shoot.Tj

I hope it turns out to be June 9, 10, & 11.  Those datres are the ones we've been working with arranging vacation schedules, etc.  Couldn't make last year because of the early June timing.  Look forward to confirmation as the actual dates.

Thanks for confirming this RCJ.  I'd be outta luck on this one if it was the first weekend in June.

After talking with folks around here, I'm thinking we'll have quite a few traveling up there for the Nationals.  Moving to the second weekend opened up the opportunity for lots of folks.
