Article on Confederate money

Howdy all,
Am trying to find the article on using Confederate money as an enticement to get folks to come and help at events. Like payment so they can buy items offered at the end of the year. I'm told it was in the last Shootist. Seems I didn't get a last shootist. I could use the artice or at least give me a month the article was in.
