Will Uberti grip frame fit Colt?

Will an Uberti grip frame fit a Second Generation or Signature Series 1851 Colt Navy?  I understand, as with all grip frames, that some fitting will be required, but will the screws line up?  Gracias.

Since Uberti made the parts for the Second Gen Colt 51 Navy, I would say it will fit.  I have both, but have not tried to swap parts.
