Dang ya all are makin me jealous. I can't look at anyof this until I get home. Work computer blocks it.

I waz lookin at a site talkin about the old Golden Bear (a club at Huntington Beach CA) little hole in the wall that all the greats played at. I even still have a ticket from a concert with Ian and Sylvia. and I sat right at her feet at the stage, and I fell in love that nite. I still remember the little black dress she wore...yup. and the song: "These friends of mine", still knocks me out.

anyways, I will go home in a couple of hours and see what the fuss was..

Kidd Rock is something else.  Think what you will, but very few people have succeeded in what he has.  Heavy Metal/Rap/Country/Rock...  I'm waiting for him to try his hand at Opera.

The David Lee Roth video really got me worked up in the sixth grade.  Whew!!!

all them surf songs brings back a lot good memories,   went to Florida when I was around 30, with the wife and son, went out to the beach and rented me one of surf boards and gave it a try,  wasn't gonna let it pass with at least trying,  the board had one of them rubbery straps to hook to your ankle,  man when ya fall off, if it's a pretty good wave, that board kinda launches back at ya. 

but I had a good time singing all them old tunes and playing with that surf board.
