The nickeled Open Tops look good! I'd have to have them fitted with one-piece TruIvory.

It's all just personal preference.  My opinion is that the more antique-colored grips would look a bit out of place on shiny new nickled guns.  I picked Slightly Aged for my conversions because the "grain" shows up a little more than the Natural White (hard to see in pics, though):

Keep in mind that Bar-S has been known to be pretty slow if you send in your gripframe for fitting.  I think you can get oversized panels from them if you want to do your own fitting.

I would say natural white or slightly aged, leaning towards the latter. I've got natural white on my blued Open Top and think they 'may' be a tad too light for nickel.

I have a Richard Type I nickeled with Slightly Aged (yellowed) I felt white was a bit to over the top white.

This is what the natural white looks like. After looking at my Rodeo II again, I do think that the slightly aged would look better on nickel.

I dont see grips being offered on Fords web site. Do you have to call?

Call BarS again, they're a small shop and sometimes small shops are hard to get a hold of.

Ford's doesn't do grips, they're a refinisher.
