1860 Richards-Mason1860 Army Conversions

Just picked up a "matched pair" of R-M 1860 Conversions from Cimarron.  They are in 45lc and consecutive serial numbers.  What a beautiful pair of revolvers.  Folks at Cimarron were great to work with, shipping was quick and reasonable, and fit and finish outstanding.  Put these in a nice set of holsters, and they're ready to go.  ;D

I have a pair in .44 with the long barrels.  Mine seem strangely large in my hands, even after adding Navy size grip frames but they do make for attractive revolvers.  I had considered shortening the barrels to five and a half inches but have about changed my mind.  I hope you enjoy yours.

Bob,

If you decide to cut 'em, wack 'em off to the ejector housing.  Great balance.
