For me, it's not negativity but more like frustration. I have one of their lightnings and a SAA already
. I've been to their factory and met Gary Grainger, but that may be my problem, I know enough about their equipment to know what it's capable of doing. What I don't know, and it's none of my business, is how they run their business. I will say they have one of the cleanest plants that I have ever been in and I've been in quite a few. Most plating lines look like a poster child for a superfund site but theirs is so clean I was standing right in front of the plating vats and didn't even realize it until I noticed the rectifiers! I want to buy a nickeled 3 1/2" double eagle in the worst way but to order one and have to wait a year to
maybe get it made just doesn't sit right. To have work done on a gun that takes a year is understandable if the shop is busy but you know that you'll get it when they're done. Right now with USFA I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling that I'd get my gun at the end of the wait
. I hope their supply steadies up and things settle down cause they make one of the finest guns I've ever seen and it's made in the USA to boot!
