Colonel Bishop's Regulators shoot 5-21-2011
« on: May 15, 2011, 09:14:02 PM »
Come on over to West Side Sportsmen Club Evansville, IN May 21, 2011 for an NCOWS match. We will be shooting 6 stages and haveing a big time. Be a good time to warm up for NCOWS National shoot in June. I am sure Duke Henry will have some lively stages to try our shooting skills. Sign up at 9 and shoot at 10 right after safety meeting. Hope to see you there. Texas Jack Deputy Marshal Col. Bishop's Regulators.  Tj

Duke Henry did us proud today. 6 great stages that 19 shooters really shot up. Got to meet Cash Creek and that cowboy is ready and means to have a good time. We even made it through without any rain.  A gun show and IL State shoot cut down on our numbers. Thanks to all that came. Every body sure pitched in and worked to make two good posses.  Next shoot the NCOWS National.Tj

Was sure a hot day. Had two posses and 20+ shooters. Justin Range was in charge today as Duke Henry had to work. Had a good safety meeting, prayer, and pledge. Two new shooters, one was my friend Rowdy Ruben. Shot four very good stages, then a break for lunch, made by the West Side club. Then finished the last two stages, they were also well writen. I shot alful, only one clean stage. I blamed it on the heat.ha. Want to thank all for the help and everyone working to make it a good shoot. Had several Hiram's Rangers shooting. Had one young boy (teen) he fell right in there and worked hard. Picked up most of the brass.
Another NCOWS shoot third Saturday of next month at West Side, hope to see you there. Tj
