Question about membership

I joined NCOWS via the website http://www.ncows.org/ filling out their form and paying through Pay Pal on February 4, 2011. Now it began to bother me when I hadn't received anything from NCOWS in the way of email so I called the phone number listed at the site. I was told by a lady that they had received my payment and I would receive a packet in the mail in 2 weeks. I've yet to get anything from them as of yet. How long does it take to put together this stuff?

As you have already heard, NOCWS is a volunteer operated representative democracy.  We have no paid staff and the officers are in many different states.  We are glad that you have decided to become one of us.  Ask questions!  You will get answers from many different view points.  I have met many fine folks in NCOWS and it suits my vision of CAS.
